WOW! Celebrating the Women of Welocalize

Our Welocalize family is brought together by a diverse, global team. It’s our people that make us successful. We love celebrating our global teams’ differences, be it cultures, countries, and languages spoken, to name a few.

Inspiring each other with the motto “I don’t shine, if you don’t shine”, Women of Welocalize (WOW) is an amazing, diverse group of women and allies of women sharing their success and struggles to provide an inclusive and supportive environment at Welocalize. The environment is a forum for creating more opportunities for women both professionally and personally.

Founded in April 2021, WOW now has over 300 members globally, in over 13 countries. Meeting every month, WOW discuss and share different themes and topics throughout the year, from how to juggle expectations, building confidence, to dealing with change and selfcare.

“WOW has provided a community for inspiration, support, and innovation,” shared Ally Baker, WOW Founder. “We come together monthly to share our success, listen to struggle, learn from those who inspire us, and help one another move their career forward. Thanks to all the amazing women and allies of women who make WOW possible!”
