Our Collaboration and Community Spirit During COVID-19
It’s a challenging time for everyone. COVID-19 has caused unease around the world and with people on lockdown and travel restricted, now is the time for thinking creatively on how we communicate, keep businesses operating, and support those who need it most.

Our awesome Welocalize teams around the world are coming up with ways to collaborate and socialize during a difficult period of self-isolation and social distancing. Tough times bring out great strength in teams and individuals.
We thought we’d share some of the Welocalize community spirit to bring smiles and inspiration and to demonstrate how #globalteamwork continues at Welocalize.
This is our team in Bath, England, raising their glasses on a Friday afternoon after their week of working remotely. Virtual meet-ups are helping people feel connected, sharing some much-needed laughs.

With so many people now working from home, we all have new office views. What does the world look like from your window? As well as social media, online spaces allow people to share photos so colleagues can visualize new work environments.

DISCOVERING HIDDEN TALENTS
Jordi Pons, a Project Manager from our Welocalize Barcelona office, performed a virtual concert to 100 Welocalize employees. Jordi’s performance was astonishing and he sang six songs in Italian, French, English, Catalan, and Spanish.

Welocalize staff continue to support Translators without Borders especially now, as demand is high for the right healthcare information to be available in multiple languages. Donations and translator signups are most needed.
