Donna has over 20 years global business experience including eight years as marketing manager at the Financial Times in London. She held the position of Operations and Marketing Director at SearchStar, Welocalize’s media-buying agency before joining Welocalize at the start of 2020.

Jon Boon, Lead Analytics Consultant, SearchStar, a Welocalize company

Since 2016, Jon has headed up the Analytics Team at SearchStar and manages SearchStar’s Analytics partnership with Google. Jon and his team work closely with the media teams at SearchStar to ensure clients’ website KPIs are tracked and solve any Analytics issues that arise.

Ryan has worked in senior positions at three leading marketing agencies. He's increased the performance of digital marketing activity for over 400 Clients, including Sawday’s, Bose, Legoland, and Grant Thornton. Ryan’s team analyze clients’ websites (including a/b testing) to find ways to boost conversion.
