Welocalize Acquires Nova Language Services to Expand Life Sciences Solutions

Frederick, Maryland US and Barcelona, Spain – May 11, 2016 – Welocalize, global leader in innovative translation and localization solutions, has acquired Nova Traductors i Intèrprets, S.L., doing business as Nova Language Services (Nova). The company is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and is strategically important to Welocalize’s growing portfolio of regulated industry language solutions for life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device companies, and contract research organizations.

Founded in 1998, Nova, provides specialized translation and localization services to multinational businesses.  Based in Europe, the company also has operations in North America and Asia.
