Smith Yewell, Founder & CEO“We have two people goals: prove we care, and answer the question, ‘Where can I go from here?‘ Our Career Framework supports both of these goals in a variety of ways. Fundamentally, we want the Welocalize experience to be the greatest growth opportunity for all of our people.”
WAYNE BOURLAND, DIRECTOR, GLOBAL TRANSLATION TEAM – DELL“You know the saying, ‘Suppliers will give you what you ask for, but partners will give you what you need?’ That’s a very important distinction. That’s the environment we have created with Welocalize. It’s been a very successful partnership for many years.”
