You Clicked. We Donated. Welocalize gives over $8,000 to Kiva.

Kiva Thank You Card

Frederick, MD, USA – March 21, 2013. Massive thanks to everyone who clicked on our holiday card and helped us donate money to non-profit organization, Kiva (www.kiva.org).

The campaign began on 18th December 2012 when employees, clients and friends were encouraged to click on the Welocalize Christmas holiday e-card. For every click, we promised to give $10 to Kiva. Funds have been released to Kiva – over $8,000.

“Kiva connects people through lending to alleviate poverty. They provide safe, affordable access to capital. We connected our communities through the internet and social media. We put Kiva on their radars – people liked and clicked. So we donated.” Said Smith Yewell, CEO, Welocalize.
