Paul leads all operations for Europe and Asia and Global Services including Supply Chain and Delivery at Welocalize. He has primary oversight for building and delivering innovating solution for expanding depth of talent and service offerings for our enterprise clients. He is responsible for global operations, quality management, technical services, talent management and Welocalize’s supply chain. As Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Europe and Asia, Paul is responsible for the P&L of the business unit including operations and sales.
Paul’s early career was built in quality management with a manufacturing company and he has developed his executive business and leadership experience by managing several key functions including sales, operations, account management, quality, information security and supply chain. He is also had direct responsibility for leading training, organizational development and talent development.
Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, across several companies, including Keytronic, International Translation & Publishing and SDL. He has worked in various industries including retail, manufacturing, information technology and translation. He has managed business units, both in Ireland and internationally and has always carried full P&L responsibility and accountability for these divisions.
Paul is a fully qualified and practicing executive coach and he has helped many business executives, at various stages of their careers, through his range of coaching, mentoring and training programs.
Paul holds an Honors Primary Degree in Business Administration, with an additional Diploma in Quality Management, and an Honors MSC in Technology Management & Innovation.
