Screening & Selection

Upon initial contact by our recruiters each candidate will be put through a risk profile questionnaire; how many jobs in the past 3 years, motivations for change and a minimum of 2 supervisor references. If a background check is required by the client as a condition of final acceptance we will exercise this option.

After satisfactorily passing the initial risk profile questionnaire we will present resumes to you for consideration. At that point in time we will address any questions that you might have and facilitate a face-to-face or phone interview, your choice. Offers will be extended upon acceptance by the client.

Our promise throughout the screening and interview process is that we will never forsake our reputation for profit by presenting a candidate that we don’t feel would have the moral integrity, follow-through, and requisite knowledge to wear the Welocalize badge and work on YOUR project. When the warning bells start sounding we will chart a different course and identify other resources.


Off-site Management

Once a candidate selection by our client takes place our interaction with them does not stop, it is really just beginning. Our off-site staff play as vital a role in our corporate strategy and vision as much as anyone, and the best way to achieve mission success is by having engaged, inspired, and well managed contractors who aren’t distracted by the thought of finding a new job. Therefore, our commitment is for a minimum of 1 monthly contact by their account manager, a quarterly lunch, and an annual review should the duration of the contract exceed one year.


Training

Nothing in life is static and no industry transforms itself faster than Information Technology. Our goal is to provide you with the most technically competent staff and proactively train them when updates to systems occur or innovative ways to solving problems emerge.

Therefore, as circumstances dictate, we are committed to develop training materials, including courseware, tip sheets, and video and computer-based training, for the benefit of your project and our contractors. Training schedules will be posted to an internal SharePoint site and will direct users to a web-based sign-up application.


Surveys & KPI’s

We consider each engagement with our clients to be symbiotic and a work in progress; we need to know what we’re doing well and what needs to be improved upon. Therefore, our commitment is to have quarterly business reviews with our clients to discuss how we’re performing against predetermined benchmarks and a survey will be submitted at year’s end to assess our annual performance. With your input we will continue to refine our processes and more successfully plan, run and deliver superior performance on your programs.
