By “Subject Matter Expert,” we mean anyone who has relevant knowledge and experience in any field other than translation. For example, you might have a background in medicine and provide medical SME services, or you might be a retired military officer who provides SME services on military-related localization.
The industry is rapidly changing. Instead of launching large-volume projects with medium to long deadlines, more clients now request daily translations of small to medium-size volumes, on short deadlines. Do you support this transactional production model?
